Really good service
The delivery service is absolutely brilliant, I received my order the same day with no issues. The only reason for 4 star rating is because I feel the search functionality of the app could be better.
Update, I ordered dog food and bravecto on Monday a public holiday.. I expected my delivery maybe the next day but I wasn't in a rush. My food order arrived same day... Again! Due to developer response and this continued service excellence I have to give 5 stars

Pathetic service When good businesses go bad -
Used them 3 or 4 times and was impressed with their service. On this last occasion they missed their delivery commitment, no communication - had to chase up via their chat function on the app.
Told that the product was out of stock, and then it became process of pulling teeth. They kept making it my problem to find an alternative, all I really needed them to do was to provide options, instead the chat operator…who I suspect is the owner became rude, obnoxious and basically created friction.
All they had to do was apologise and provide an alternate solution, instead they made it a showdown and promised to review them on all available platforms - which I am now doing!
Fantastic service
I am very impressed with the turnaround time on my order and the friendly driver who made the delivery during lockdown. When I placed my order (after 10pm on Tuesday night) I received a mail stating delivery would take place in 3 working days, on Wednesday morning I received a call from a friendly driver saying he was at my gate with my order! I was so surprised and very impressed with the “above and beyond” service I have received.
