Not only does this app give an extra sense of security in your area, but they respond immediately and rush on scene very quickly. I have seen them resolve multiple situations time after time. They also send updates to all the users on the app in that specific area, so that everyone in the community is aware of the occurrences, and whether they have been resolved or not. Respect to all the members contributing to the creation of a safe community, this is exactly what my town needed.

Thanks for developing this. Have been looking for something like this for a while, and it feels like you guys are getting it right. One can comment about some minor ux improvements but that will improve, keep it up!

Great initiative

This app is really working well for short term plaster solutions. It would be great if social services and law enforcement could participate more long term solutions.

One request - The app really needs to allow users some privacy control. One can see every other user (and their full name) on a live map. I doubt most users are aware that anyone can see them sitting in their homes as pins on a map, and if they were aware, would they be okay with this? There should be an option to be private

Currently, the app displays user locations and full names on an alert map, but only to responders, ensuring that sensitive information is not visible to all users. This design allows responders to provide timely assistance while maintaining a level of privacy for the general user base.

For our paid subscribers, we offer a privacy toggle that allows them to hide their location from the alert map entirely.
