Ratings and Reviews
Extremely useful
Great and easy to use app for reporting potholes to your municipality. In Cape Town, depending on the time of year and the importance of the road or street, it gets fixed between 2 days and 2 weeks after reporting it.
There is currently a bug: Once in a while I get a push notification but when I tap on it, there's no alert – just this app's usual home screen (my iPhone is set to not display the content of push notifications, so I have to tap on it for the applicable app to show me what it wants to notify me of).

Thank you for your positive feedback. Please note that the push notification typically just serves to provide extra information and it does send you to the apps home page :). Any important updates will typically be communicated in-app - so this is not a bug. Thank you so much for your contribution.
Statuses not updated
Although the app works well and the reported issues were attended to promptly by the City of Cape Town, the report status on the app never got updated and all issues that have been addressed still showed a status of in progress. Prompt response from developer resolved the issue, including a follow up phone call.

User Friendly & Forward thinking
The app has an easy layout to follow and feels easy to report issues in my area. I like how I can see the issues reported in my area as well as you can upload photos. I look forward to seeing my area looked after through the services this app connects me to!
