Another government project wasted money
No one obviously maintains this. Potholes 2 years old still on here, makes one wonder whether the new ones are even brought to anyones attention.
Slightly clunky.
Select an issue still not working. Every time you log a pothole it resets you to your current location, frustrating. Also, I would really encourage photos to be mandatory. With photos you can determine if the pothole is real, evaluate how bad the pothole is and it will speed up service delivery on the issue. I would expect a pothole to be fixed within 3 months or less. 1 star until I see results. 5 stars if resolved within a month. Interesting that on the App Store it says age 4+ but your T&Cs says 18+ when you sign in, not sure why you must be 18 years and older to report a pothole.
Useless App
Download the App went up the road to log a pothole app went blank and was unable to use. When I got home app now seems to be working. Next day thought would give the app a second chance, went to another pothole tried to log the pothole app again doesn’t want to work unable to select drop downs . This app is a great idea but they need to get proper developers to make it work.
