The app works, but only sometimes. Sometimes it won’t log in. Sometimes it won’t open the gate. If the app fails while trying to open the gate, your finger print will also stop working.

The issues always resolve themselves… but not when you are actually stuck outside your gate with a queue of people.

The fingerless/ Bluetooth entry is amazing during COVID times, but it is so unreliable we may as well not have it.

I wish this would be attended to.

When was the last update on this app?

Surely the complexes are paying a fortune for this? Fix it or lose it. Don’t give us half arsed systems for security.

This app is incredibly unreliable, slow, insecure and increasingly annoying to use. Features magically appear or disappear at whim and codes take ages to generate, mostly I just use the old system of generating codes. This is not a difficult app to create and they have done dismally. If ever you wanted someone’s very personal details this is the perfect opportunity! As you will be sent a message with your guest’s full name, birthday (with incorrect age (come on guys... high schoolers can make a program to calculate age)), license plate and car model! Oh and a photo that you can distribute to all kinds of unscrupulous people. Joy. Sharing that level of private information is seriously inappropriate and unnecessary.

I ugh this was going to be the game changer for access control. What a shame they pay for development of an app and get this unstable and useless app. Firstly it takes forever to log in at times. When it does it initialises, that will continue forever. Closing and restarting does nothing. It so frustrating that you have to eventually use your finger to exit.
