Creating a list takes just seconds. Give it a name, choose an icon, pick a color, and start adding items right away. Every item can hold a title and detailed notes, so you always have the context you need — no switching between apps, no lost information. The interface is clean and minimal by design, keeping distractions out and your focus where it belongs.
Your data is always with you. Coolists is offline-first, meaning it works without an internet connection and syncs automatically the next time you open the app. Whether you are on the subway, in a basement, or somewhere with spotty signal, your lists are always accessible and up to date.
SHARE AND COLLABORATE IN REAL TIME
Lists are more powerful when they are shared. Invite a friend, a partner, or a colleague to any of your lists with a simple shareable link. Everyone in the list can add items, check tasks off, and see each other's changes appear in real time, no manual refreshing, no version conflicts. The activity log tracks membership history so you always know who joined and when. At a glance from the main screen you can see how many items each list contains and how many have already been completed.

For users who need the full experience without any restrictions, Coolists Premium is a monthly subscription that unlocks every feature in the app.
Unlimited Lists
The free plan supports up to two lists. With Premium there is no cap, create as many lists as your life requires, from personal errands to complex multi-step projects.
Unlimited Items
The free plan allows up to three items per list. Premium removes this limit entirely, so no list is ever too long and no project too large to manage.
Advanced Collaboration
Free accounts can invite one collaborator per list. Premium lifts that restriction, letting you build shared lists with teams of any size. Everyone contributes, everyone stays in sync.
Deadlines and Reminders
Set a due date on any item and choose exactly when you want to be notified, at the moment of the event, fifteen minutes before, one hour before, or even a full day in advance. Coolists sends a push notification at precisely the right time. You can also add any deadline directly to your calendar with a single tap, keeping everything in one place.
Attachments
Attach a photo, a video, or a file from your library or file system directly to any item. Whether it is a receipt, a reference image, or a supporting document, the attachment is stored securely and always available when you open that item.
Ad-Free Experience
Free users see occasional banner and interstitial ads that help keep the app free. Premium users enjoy a completely uninterrupted, ad-free interface from top to bottom.
