DropCopy is AirDrop for the rest of us.

If you are lucky enough, to have all the very latest hardware then i suppose AirDrop is all you need. But as i don;'t i have Mac's ranging from current through to 2006 then if like me AirDrop simply does not work at all. Enter DropCopy, in one word Awesome! Once loaded, no matter which generation Mac you have you enter the world of flawless sharing of files across Mac's without the hassle of logging in. Simply drag your file or files into the awaiting portal!, it automatically detects all available Mac's running asks where to now and bang! it arrives. I also like the fact that when it arrives on the next Mac it does not assume where to place the file (although i am sure you can automate) but politely asks where do you want me to put this file… I love it.

DropCopy RULES!!

Quire simply, I cannot imagine any of my Apple hardware without it - Mac Mini, Macbook Pro, iPhone 3G - 4, iPod 3G - 4G, iPad2, etc.

DropCopy, in my personal experience with it, stands #1 on my list of must-have-apps. It that does exactly what it says it does, every time, all the time! No mess & certainly no fuss. It is a reminder of just how brilliant a piece of software could be. If I could, I would rate it 10 stars.
