We love Ecwid
We have been using Ecwid for over two years now for our small online farm shop. The support is really good and they are always adding new features. On multiple occasions we have noticed some things that could be improved or made easier on the UI and then, without requesting the features, we find that they have been implemented a couple weeks later 👏🏼
Super happy and convenient
Ive wanted to set up a quick website. My laptop is in for repairs, and I could do everything from my phone. I had sales the same day, meaning all the pay-gates etc was working and user friendly. Thank you so much
Great app but ..
This is a nice app if you want an affordable and basic website , but it’s kinda limited in terms of making catergories . It’s hard and frustrating to figure out how to do the catergories , especially trying to sort out the menu button on the website.

In Ecwid you can create a category structure with several levels. Categories of the first level are referred to as root categories. These are the categories your customers see in the main navigation. You can also create categories of the second, third, etc. level within your root category. They are referred to as subcategories.
You are free to manage and arrange categories how you like them to be. You can move products from one category to another, hide or disable categories, expand them etc.
