Just incredible.
Guys i really do love you guys. The app chat friggen rocks. I get to chat to come customers live and 90% of the time ends in a sale. Customers love live engagement and they feel connected to my store and brand.
My only advice for a tweak is that you allow for better notifications or pop up message on my phone. There is about 30 seconds to a minute they one has to chat to a client before they leave the chat.
This is critical for a success of a sale.
Apart from that, this app is brilliant
Great!
Great chat app for teams, since customer info has been added. It would be amazing to have a “customer care” email address integrate too. What’s app business account too. But definitely the best Online chat, Facebook and Instagram messaging from all that I’ve used. Thanks Shopify team.
