The app seems fairly well built for the most part. I'm still waiting for my test results but every time I open the app it wants me to login.Why can the development team not just integrate the iOS biometrics so I can just open the app and it logs me in that way.The constantly having to put my email address in and use the magic link gets annoying.

I was very impressed in the beginning and when I tried to log in afterwards to access my ancestor results the app keeps on closing and I have to open it again. Each time the same thing happens. The entire reason for purchasing the kit was for the ancestor reason and to see how it narrows down. Not happy at all.

Should’ve read the app reviews first - can’t even log into app

Reading through the other reviews I’m concerned I paid for something that’s not going to work, and my first experience with the app proves just this. I can’t even register my email as the registration button isn’t even triggering a link to be sent to me to do so. Not a good sign considering this is step 1 and even this isn’t working.

The app is well designed and looks great aesthetically. The app doesn’t work, I can’t access any of my information and results. Whenever I click on it, the app shuts down automatically.Better app development needs to be done, if you’re going to market a product focused around the app.
