Having issues getting an OTP
I’ve had the entry pro app for almost two years and everything was working fine. The. Suddenly one day I need to reinstall or cannot get into the app. I reset and ask for a new OTP and it says it sends but nothing ever arrives. Can you please confirm why this is the case?

What a terrible app … had all sorts of problems, then did the update , now can’t add my stand number 😡

this app has been upgraded 2020 but is now even more user unfriendly - it’s difficult to control the number of energies - especially for older people to control the scroll button - very frustrating - it was working fine when one had to click on the button - please try & fix this
also no reason to be so small or at the very bottom of the screen - there’s plenty of space to create a proper controllable click box or button
PLEASE KEEP OLDER PEOPLE IN MIND WHEN DESIGNING THE LAYOUT!!
