Check in luggage selection for multiple passengers

Hi, may you kindly include an option to choose individual luggage check in option when booking for more than 1 passenger. For example if one is travelling with a child and one check in luggage, the App does not allow for 1 passenger to check in with luggage but it automatically picks both passengers for check in luggage and this ends up being costly.

Riddled with bugs and takes long to load

There have been countless amount of times where I’ve tried to book flights on the app and the app will load for a long time and then eventually just not work and give me an error notification. It also does not always remember my card details even though I make sure to select yes when the prompt “remember card details” is there. Also whenever I try to make payments sometimes it just doesn’t go through and I either have to keep trying on the app until eventually goes through (at times it can take 2-5 tries) or I just use the safair website to book the flight I want. It destroys the purpose of having an app if you’re forced to us the website. Also the app has such long and terrible loading times sometimes and it’s not a problem on my end because I test my WiFi and my phone and all other apps requiring WiFi work and load quickly/normally. I am a frequent flyer with safair and these issues are very annoying

Very convenient and easy to use

Best in Class!!
This app is great for quick booking and issuing of boarding passes. Great for updates on flight status and planning travel in advance but also great for last minute booking. Looking forward to seeing more improvements and features.
