Garmin and the Swim 2
The Garmin Swim 2 and its App has literally changed my life. The insights regarding my body is aiding me change my behavior for the better. The body battery and Sleep data is amazing! The data it obtained from my Swim 2 regarding exercise and daily activities is next level. My husband has Phoenix 6 pro and the data obtained from that watch is next level from the data I am receiving , from breaths per minute, recovery, running/ bicycle return route etc. and then the trending of this information and overlaying this information over each other is where this just blows your mind! The app is functional and intuitive to use. Very happy with the app and the watches! Totally in love!
Keeps me connected
Top rated athletes are connected from all over the world and when connected to them via invitation, it gives their stats so i can see how i fair. This app also assists me with monitoring myself when it comes to my progress and gradually increases targets when my goals are reached, then adds me into the appropriate workout challenge for the week. There are also various teams that I joined who are great motivators. This is really fun to be apart of, doing this with real time motivational people with an super smart app that monitors your progress and directs you in good path towards moving into a successfully healthy lifestyle. That is why I personally rate it full 5 stars.
Garmin
I have owned an Apple watch and now my 3rd generation Garmin watch. (Fenix 5 Pro). Without referring to the health apps associated with these watches (Garmin far exceeds Apple), there is absolutely NO comparison between the back up service for these brands. Garmin has twice replaced my watch (foc), one where it was out of warranty but failed due to software issue, and the other due to damage I was responsible for but the watch was still under guarantee. The back up service from Garmin far exceeds the Apple back up in SA. (And I am a total Apple addict - from cell to Mac). But sadly Apple product support in SA is not up to standard if you compare to Apple USA.
