Description
The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) has launched a self-service web system and app to enable its members to access and update their information as well as track pension or other related benefit claims.
This system will minimise long queues at GEPF offices and call centres, as well as travelling long distances to access the services.

Not functional
This app is not functional at all! I can’t even type my email address it keeps on saying invalid. I answered all the questions correctly but still. You’d swear it just want to collect our information for fraud ! How is that i am able to put all my information but fail to get through the app. It’s a total fail. If doesn’t even deserve a star
Government employee
This is very bad. This app does not work, it's hard to even register. When you ypur details it tells you they are invalid. I don't know what the developers were thinking but this app needs so many improvements. It's totally useless and a waste of time. It does not even deserve the one star i gave, it deserves far too less
Useless App
I’ve tried to register for the app several times now. I never get a one time pin nor an email. I’ve checked tut my email address and my phone number are correct. I’ve tried on different days at different times but the only never comes through.
