It is really a reliable and helpful app to use to send money, the only problem is that you can’t reverse a transaction on the app once you send the money up until you call the agents of which they take time to assist and in most cases before you get hold of the agents, the wrong receipient has already collected the money since the message get to him automatically once a deposit is done
We need an option on the app where we can be able to reverse or cancel a already deposited transaction without calling the agents that are unavailable on weekends and only available during work hours during weekdays

There's no option to buy electricity locally. It's a pretty basic feature, it should've been included. Very few options available when using USSD. USSD is essential because the app needs internet. The card is the only reason I'm still using Hellopaisa

I have been with Hello Paisa for almost 5 years now, at first it was all well and now am noticing that you guys are missing some core things on your app.

Imagine making an order and being given 2 reference numbers for different pay points? What for? Why can’t you provide the user with the pay points list so that they choose where they want to make their payment and then your system generate the reference for that pay point only.

When you make an order, imagine a scenario where the cashier uses a reference number meant for another pay point, and your system doesn’t even give a warning that the reference number that has been used is not for that pay point and then as a user you have to be calling the Call center guys and be told to be patient, how can one be patient for a week? When all of this can be avoided with better functionalities of your app.

Make things easier for your users please. You are the best!
