It’s an extremely convenient app when it comes to language learning and finding people in your target language to have conversations with to improve your vocabulary, learning colloquial expressions and correct pronunciation.Only thing is, it suddenly wiped all my chats when I became a VIP member... Everything else remained but all of my chats were gone

I mostly use the voice room feature to host and listen to others but recently, tat function has been buggy. My phone freezes when I’m in the voice room, let alone when I go up on stage. It has gotten to the point where I cannot even attempt to host because my room will automatically close and yes, I thought it was my internet or phone that had an issue but it isn’t, every other app works fine, but not HelloTalk. This started happening after the last 3 updates.

I have been using HelloTalk for a while now but all of a sudden none of my posts are getting seen? I have tried posting something and it didn’t even come up on my profile when my friend when onto my profile. Please fix this. I can’t get anyone to answer my language questions because of this.

This app is wonderful for meeting new people and doing language exchange. I hope we can soon share “videos or stories” and not just pictures under Moments. Just a suggestion for the development team. Great job guys 👏
