This app has helped me get the much needed information I always struggled getting on my finial status as banks and lenders may see it.I have a greater understanding of my financial well being and fiscal trajectory because I now have my financial information in one easy location. It is so well collated and presented with graphs to make reading it much easier.I can now make better financial choices while protecting my credit score and financial health because of monthly warning on my habits. Potential fraud can also be detected sooner because of notifications on changes on your account such as suspicious applications for credit in your name.The fact that I can also look for personalised loans, credit lines, cell phone contracts and other services is a BIG bonus for me, in terms of convenience.

This new update is a UX regression. Now, I am aware this may seem like a simple case of resisting change, but I assure you it is not. With the new update, one has to navigate to a different page in order to see the previous months’ report updates. This is a pain point. On the new “report updates” page, one has to scroll vertically to see the previous months’ reports, instead of being able to just click on a specific month to see updates for that month. Also, on the same page, it appears updates for previous months have disappeared and only updates for the latest month are shown; for the other months, it is just the credit score even thought these months had updates shown on the previous version of the app. Rounding off, it is my understanding that these updates shown on this page are general report items and not activity related to that month. This is far less informative/helpful than being able to see activity from a specific month. I cannot seem to find a page where I can see activity such as, but not limited to: new account added, account updated credit limit, new enquiries for a specific month like it was previously possible. These are not all the issues, only the most pressing ones that heavily affect the user experience. Please reconsider.

The app is great and all, but one day I was checking my score and it kicked me out. When I tried to log on again it stated that my password is wrong which is weird, so I went on the ‘forgot password’ option to reset my password. Entered my email that I use for everything, waited for instructions but no email was sent whatsoever and it’s been weeks now. Tested on the website with my unchanged password and it allowed me to access, the app alone is giving me an issue and still haven’t received any email with instructions even when I tried again today.

It is very helpful and gives you a clear picture of you credit score. Before Clear Score I knew nothing about my credit score and now I know everything about it and all the helpful tips i get for improving my score🙏🙏🙏. Best part is that you can also see where and how much you qualify for a loan💃.
