Watch out for the dodgy billing practices of this company as they automatically select the annual subscription option after 3 days of having the app and hit your account hard. Kiss that hard earned cash goodbye. 💸💸💸 Instead of automatically billing, it would be more civil to have a button for people to actually click and buy it if they would like to. I forgot to delete the app after the 3 day period because I was busy and have bigger things to worry about and got billed a RIDICULOUS amount of money for the annual subscription. I hate it when apps do this. It shows you are just out to make a quick buck instead of thinking about the longevity of your app and your users. Poor business strategy and it will hurt you guys in the long run. And no I don’t want to send you an email if I have any more questions. This is a review and my review of FaceTune is DODGY! Apple should not let this happen. And yes, I will be asking Apple for a refund. Daylight robbery and you guys should be ashamed.
Firstly, thank you for reaching out and your review. Yes, Facetune 2 is totally free to download with tons of tools available for free. There is also an option to purchase VIP tools as well and the packages and prices are listed within the app. Again, you will only be charged if you choose a VIP package. If you choose a trial or subscription, the app states that there is an automatic renewal upon subscribing, however, this can be canceled in the Settings app in order to stop renewal (deleting the app will not stop the charges).
