Yassir, life just got easier! Rides | Food | Groceries | Payments
I ordered once, it was a bit of a struggle when it came to the payment, called support and they helped, but now trying to order sometimes the order min will be R100 then R250 and so it differs, when putting items in cart they disappear before checking out, the app is a bit “all over the place” I feel it’s not it won’t be much user friendly to some people so yeah the app is not great and really does put one off to just go to another app, great idea and very good prices just the that the app needs to be checked and updated.
Missing items they don’t replace

Used to be a good app but now too many mistakes or should I say tricks from their packers ,they intentionally leave some items out and will claim that they packed everything and you have paid whole amount now you end up looking like a thief, worse when this type of situation is not first time,it’s a risk using this app you will lose your hard earned cash just like that, rather go for zulzi, pick n pay asap or checker’s sixty, other than that you will get items that will expire in two days and some you would have bought them for later use but will be forced to use them urgently,am out won’t use this app again and don’t recommend it.
GOOD SHOPPING

I’ve had a really great experience using YASSIR. The app is easy to navigate, ordering is quick, and I love how convenient it is to get groceries delivered straight to my door. The delivery was fast, my items arrived fresh and well-packed, and I appreciated being able to track my order in real time. It’s definitely made busy days a lot easier. I’d happily recommend YASSIR to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient grocery delivery service.
App problems

I’ve ordered successfully once and the service was great but now I’m experiencing so much difficulty with the app. Every time I add items to my cart and want to check out they disappear and I have to re add the items all over again and then the same thing happens. Please assist.
We’ve made performance improvements and fixed pesky bugs to keep your Yassir app running smoothly. Update now and enjoy a better experience!
