What happened to unlocking hero’s as a reward? Pay to play (on top of already paying?)

On top of paying for the game you have to pay for hero’s and towers. Kingdom rush used to be fun. This has robbed the joy of playing the game . If you’re willing to blow your money, maybe you’ll enjoy this game. Personally I recommend alternatives that reward you for your strategy and gameplay rather than how much money you’re willing to waste.

I’ve played all of the Kingdom Rush games, and so far I have thoroughly enjoyed Frontiers and Vengeance(not saying that the others are bad).The Animation and Game Design for this game is outstanding. The towers and heroes are well-balanced. The enemies challenge your every brain cell and can be annoying at times.This is one of the most amazing games I’ve ever played and deserves to be #1. Would rate 100/10 if I could. : )P.S Love the Easter Eggs!
