Your notes, on a timeline. Award-winning Agenda links notes to your calendar, keeping meeting prep, project plans, and decisions connected to their time.
Most note apps forget time. You jot something down, it vanishes into a folder, and days later you can't recall why you made that choice or what you prepped for that meeting.
Agenda changes this. Each note sits on a timeline with your calendar. Get ready for next week's client meeting, capture decisions as they occur, and review exactly what brought you here — all in one glance.

YOUR NOTES, LINKED TO YOUR CALENDAR
Attach any note to a date or link it directly to a calendar event. Mark notes as "On the Agenda" to highlight them in a dedicated view — your shortlist of what matters now.
A TRUE TEXT EDITOR
Headings, lists, tables, checklists, indented blocks, and preformatted text — with the ease of plain text input. Concentrate on your writing; Agenda manages the appearance.
FILES, PHOTOS, AND LINKS
Attach files and images to any note. Everything syncs across your devices and can be previewed inline.
SMART NOTES
Ask questions about your notes using Ask Agenda. On the Mac, connect agents like Claude or Codex via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate the entire app.
PROJECTS AND CATEGORIES
Group notes into projects, group projects into categories. Drag to reorder, collapse to focus, or let the timeline organise for you.
MAC, IPAD, AND IPHONE
Agenda syncs across all your devices via iCloud or Dropbox. Share individual notes for real-time collaboration — ideal for team meetings or shared lists.
FREE TO USE, FOREVER
Agenda is free with no time limits. Premium features are available through a yearly subscription — and you keep every feature you unlock, even if you cancel. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.

Editors’ Choice
A note-taking app that stands out thanks to its clever use of time. You can attach a specific date to each note you create, tie a note to an event already on your calendar or organise your notes on a timeline, making it easy to tap a specific date and find the note you created.
Really love this app

Found Agenda incredibly useful while writing my thesis. Recently though on Big Sur I've noticed a small bug where the close, minimise, and maximise buttons dissapear when trying to click one of them. Please try and fix this. Otherwise awesome app.
Arguably thee best!

After years of experimenting with countless note-taking, scheduling, and productivity apps, I’ve finally found the one that truly stands out - Agenda. It’s the first app that has genuinely changed how I stay organized, seamlessly integrating notes, tasks, and calendar events into one cohesive system. What I love most about Agenda is its holistic approach to productivity. Unlike other apps that fall short by lacking one critical feature, Agenda covers it all. From comprehensive note-taking to scheduling and task management, it brings everything together without feeling cluttered or overwhelming.I recently upgraded to the Premium subscription, and it was absolutely worth it. They even gave me a generous 7-day trial period, allowing full access before the payment goes through - a nice touch! Plus, I can cancel anytime without hassle. If you’ve been searching for the ultimate organization app, look no further. Agenda is the real deal! Highly recommended.

Really appreciate the support. Thank you!
Integrations lacking
findAnicknameThatisNotTaken
Does not integrate with anything other than calendars. Useless unless you also have an iPhone too, basically just stuck using on MacOs… No sync, no cross-platform, pretty much a nothing app, despite the nice features, it is useless to most people (IMO). TickTick + notes app is still far more useful…
Developer Response
Agenda actually integrates much more than other note taking apps out there.Agenda integrates with the calendar store on each device, so it will work with any other app that uses the calendar store, including apps like Fantastical and Busycal, as well as Apple’s own Calendar app and Reminders app. We also worked with Things to add custom integration there. We have plans to support Contacts too.If there isn’t direct support, you can integrate with Agenda using links, URLs, share sheet, and our Shortcut support.
NEW
- Send to Agenda: inline images and file attachments are now imported with thumbnails, placed inline where they appeared in the original email
IMPROVED
- Send to Agenda: \move("...") now also accepts smart/curly quotes
- Send to Agenda: trashed Inbox notes show up in Trash, and the Inbox itself can't be renamed
- Blockquote: pressing Return on an empty blockquote line exits the quote, matching list behaviour
FIXED
- Touch ID icon stays visible after a Touch ID lockout
- Reminders sync no longer marks a section as edited when a reminder change comes from the system
- Right-click on an empty line no longer eats the newline
- Scanner: rotated landscape scans no longer look squashed
- Web Clipper detects missing Safari host permission and prompts to grant it
- Share extension hides the Send to Agenda Inbox from the destination picker
- Cleared up stray ghost note items in the section list after interrupted animations
- Fixed issues with untranslated strings in some languages
