I just travelled from South Africa to Melbourne (which has left me jetlagged for about 2 weeks in the past). Tried this app and pretty much stuck to the plan with one cheat nap- et voila! I’m awake when I need to be and sleepy at my usual time. Definitely recommend for that flying east fatigue 👏

I recently used Timeshifter during my trip to Singapore and Japan and it was hugely helpful in reminding me what to do throughout the day. It made a good impact on the way there. It was less impactful on the way back because of the 24 hrs on the plane and really hard to follow the prompt when the cabin is dark most of the flight.
