I have subscribed for this and after 2 weeks of testing this app it does not meet my expectations. Every day I struggle to get the app working as advertised. Its not working properly and cause frustrations. I want a refund please.

Does not work- and they charged me twice and refusing to refund.

This app used to work. But the last couple of years it has been terrible. Too many glitches. Too easy for kids to find workarounds and turn it off. To make matters worse, wondershare charged me TWICE for this years annual subscription, but since I didn’t catch it within 30 days they are refusing to refund me, and we’re quite rude about it. It was clearly an error on their side as I have had a subscription for 4 years that renews automatically and never had this issue before. Do not sign up for this- it will waste your money (twice). Customer service was shocking. She was incredibly patronizing and refused to give me her name or employee code for me to report her. Once they have your money, don’t expect any support. I tried previously as well when I had issues with the app itself and they really don’t care that it doesn’t work. They just want your money.
