this game is an absolute scam. absolutely horrible. they say that they’re sorry and will view your emails you sent regarding not getting what you purchased and they don’t !! i’ve been through 4 days of contacting them and no response ! i even said i’ll be taking legal action and still no response. this game is actually pathetic and disgusting never had an experience like this with any other game ! absolutely pathetic never ever download it !! THE WORST !

Purchase diamonds don’t credit twice

Hi there This app looks like scam. I purchased diamonds two times with my official apple account but it don’t come.Customer service in game suggested upload screenshots of invoices I did so which is original invoices from apple but they are not giving me my purchased item as well as my funds deducted from the bank account. I have all proofs but the app replies are unfair. I did purchase gems with the same account in ludo star and ludo titan which were reflected the same time even while playing game purchases. Yalla ludo customer service only making stories rather go into depth or contact me directly whatsoever to check either I am right or wrong. Totally unfair.

I enjoy playing this game but when it comes to purchases you never going to see your money again nor the item you purchased . I purchased the pack of 400 diamonds still never receive . Money was taking from my account but still never receive anything . Tried support but to of no avail . Total waste of money to buy anything.
