This is by far the best habit app I’ve ever used. It allows you to track your habits on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. You can archive habits if you still want to keep them but not want to work on them. It has a reminder feature where it will send you a notification to remind you to complete your habits or complete a certain habit. you can add your own emojis at your own description for that specific habit. I haven’t really used the feature that allows you to break a habit, but it also has that feature where instead of building a habit, you can quit habit or break a habit. I hardly purchased subscriptions for apps, but this is the first app that I purchased a lifetime subscription for. The only thing that made me give it four stars instead of five, is that when it comes to choosing when you’ll be doing a specific habit, you have four options: anytime, morning, evening, afternoon. Sometimes you have a habit that you need to complete twice in a day e.g face care routine in the morning and afternoon, the app does not allow you to select both of these options, therefore you need to select one of the four options and you will get a reminder in the time range set for the selected option. Other than that the app is amazing and I would recommend it.

I’m one of those individuals who really struggle to stick to a schedule because I feel restricted and confined. Not every day is the same for me, so I have a lot of anxiety about getting through the day. Habit is like having a best friend who motivates you to do your best. Some habits aren’t easy to implement at first but the app never makes you feel bad for it. As life happens sometimes, which I appreciate so much. Thank you.

It’s been only up since I started using the app. So easily customisable to make the app attractive and something you want to use. The reminder notifications may be annoying, but they help to push me out of self-neglect that worsens my mental health. It’s often small things that build up to depressive episodes for me that I don’t think matter very much in the grand scheme of things that this app helps me stay on top of and makes the stress of meeting those small daily needs met :) I love this app so much!
- add custom health habits (link with any health data, like sunlight time, vitamin, different workouts, etc. )
