I love the app. It tells you all about anxiety and depression and it tells you all about how you can help yourself when you going through what your going through. The only thing is that you have to pay for most of the thing on the app.

I really enjoy using this app. It’s very helpful to me to just have a place to write down my feelings and mood. It is also great as I am able to check in with myself and my feelings/mood on a daily basis, while also being able to compare to how I have been feeling over the past few days/weeks/months. Also fantastic as this app allows you to set a reminder to make an entry as to what you’re feeling- I find this very useful. And this is all on the free version! I have not upgraded to the paid version, but from what I understand it just gets better! Providing you with more information on mental health conditions, eg depression, allowing you to be more educated on the matter. Absolutely great for people who struggle with dealing with/ acknowledge their emotions and feelings. Would highly recommend.

Be careful with this App/Developer. I completed an online survey after which I was required to download the Breeze App to view my results. Prior to downloading the App the survey ends by requesting a donation before the results will be made available to the App. I approved a $1 donation via Apple Pay and downloaded the App. I noticed the next day that the Developer billed my credit card for $20 and not the $1 I donated. There was no other authorisation for any subscription and no notification. This not only amounts to shady business practice, but is also Fraud.

Not FREE - waste of time

Please don’t list your app as free when the only free part is journaling your feelings? I can do that in my notes thanks. The rest of the app you have to pay for which is basically why anyone would download the app. FALSE ADVERTISING! If you don’t plan on paying an arm and leg for this app then don’t waste your time. And the pathetic response to other unhappy customers, from the developers is Uber frustrating. They obviously don’t give a rat about your psychological well being and money hungry.
