Not Receiving Verification Codes

I have had the app for just over a year and a half and have had no issues besides slight bugs (not receiving the notification, slow uploads etc) but I have changed phones about two or three times and have had no issues signing back into my account until now. I just got a new iPhone 14 and have not been able to sign into my account because I have not received any verification codes. I have installed and reinstalled many times and still have not been able to sign in. I have contacted support and have just been told to wait but it has now been about two weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing as I used to love the app.

I have had be real for over a year now. I love the app and I love the fact that I can get photos of my friends and myself out in situations that i normally wouldn’t.I’ve also found I’m not taking as many selfies and using these as more in the moment photos showing who I am in a more personal manner. With this being said, the new update has messed up everything. Since the new feature to take two extra be reals if it’s posted on time, the app has been bugging. Sometimes it takes a photo or takes too long to load. Other times it will say it hasn’t taken I’ll take a photo and that’s the second be real gone. as much as I think this feature is very cool and means you have more opportunities to take be reals, i’d rather get rid of the two extra ones if I can’t even get in on time post. I sent a message on TikTok too but I really hope this gets sorted because this really is a cool app.
Its getting worse

I always really liked BeReal for all the reasons everyone else mentioned, but I feel like its getting worse. This latest version isn’t even properly compatible with iphone 8, which means that those of us who can’t afford the newest tech on the market have to see all other BeReals with a super zoomed in screen and the sides cut off.This competition is also quite disappointing. They’re looking for the “realest person on earth”, but you can only enter if you have Instagram or Twitter?? So those who don’t partake i other forms of social media are immediately disqualified.
