If I could give negative stars I would. I used to love this game and play everyday for over months everyday and lately glitches are almost ever day! I contact the support and I ended one tournament 3rd place and they refuse to give my rewards. My mom and I watched the countdown of the tournament from 2minutes to closing and for twenty minutes sent screenshots and was told to reboot my apps and 49 minutes later still no rewards and no support care help but try again in a new tournament. PATHETIC! From glitches happening more often to horrible Customer Care!

Good but was great

Loved is not even a big enough word to describe how I felt about this game. Was my absolute favorite, then it just started glitching and freezing all the time. Now when I win anything in the game and it freezes, I don’t get my winnings. When I am attacking, it freezes, so I forfeit again. When it’s the fight, and it freezes I just have to watch as the game plays for me and ignores my numerous attempts. When you close and start the game again after it has frozen, you then have to start all over again. It’s really ruining the whole experience of the game, thinking it’s about time to delete. Friends I play with say they experience the same issues and are also not that interested in the game anymore.

It’s a nice game, the second most annoying part is support is an automated bot that tells you to read the faq in a very polite manner and the most annoying thing is the pop ups for the packages they offer… i think it’s just the way they implemented it. It offers a lot of free play and you get a good player experience out of the game even if you don’t spend but like all games I’m pretty sure the experience is better… in a nut shell it’s good, take my word for it and try it if you are uncertain… ciao

The downside of playing for free

I’ve been playing this game for a little while now, and have just made it halfway of the 257 levels. But I’ve never been able to complete an album, I get repeat stickers at some point and never new. Same with the high ticket challenges. Of course I’m not going to purchase, the cents eventually add up. I accidentally purchased something once, but some of the challenges need to you to purchase a ‘ticket’ before you can complete the other levels for the main prize. I reach level 9/10 of stuff often, then plateau. Meaning my efforts leading up to that were for pap. I may be in the micro-minority, but wrong is wrong. Rather tell us what the limit is.
