I’m so annoyed!

I have been playing for 4 days and it’s one of the best mobile games I have ever played but I have been playing in my fathers phone. Note (I’m of age to play) I have been playing on his and he is getting really annoyed but the reason for me playing on his phone is because it actually worked on his phone. Every time I try login on my phone and my account registration accepted it said that the connection is unstable and I’m unable to play. I have an iphone11 and he had one of the latest Samsung’s of that helps. He is getting annoyed at me for taking his phone all the time😅. Can you please fix this issue or tell me how I can fix this issue please.

Crashes :(

I updated my game but it still crashes and whenever I make a cookie draw or play in the arena I do not get my rewards or diamonds back . I just made a cookie draw for 3000 diamonds but the game crashed again, I didn’t get the rewards or receive my diamonds back, please fix this bug and return my diamonds.

HELP AYO

I’ve been trying to like play this game because I really want to play it and all my friends play this game and keep telling me about it and I got it and at first it was stuck at the final battle thing so I had to delete it like 3 times and get it again and now it works but when I start like fighting in the story thing they are all bunched up in the beginning and are not moving forward. I tried deleting it several times but it still doesn’t work. They just stand there and don’t move. Everything else works normally but not when I start battles. Please fix this, the game looks really fun and I would really like to play it with my friends.
