The App seems good with just the right features. However I had a problem that I could not send text from the virtual phone on OnPhone to a local number. I am sure that is was something small. But the lack of this feature effectively rendered the subscription useless.I am sorry to report that the support was rude, not helpful, They left the problem totally unresolved, displaced the reason as something outside their application’s scope. Furthermore, they did not even offer to cancel and reimburse the subscription.So I have no idea where the “good support” is that some people here are talking about.In any case, I fortunately found alternatives and it was quicker and easier just to switch rather than waste time with a sarcastic and arrogant support operator.
