Since started listening to books on wiser my life took a turn. I started going to the gym, reading more books, became aware of how I come across and also how I treat people as a leader. I normally listen to the books on my way to work so it does not require a specific time slot.
URGENT: Second Unauthorized Debit – Demand Full Refund & Immediate Action

Dear Wiser Support Team, I am absolutely appalled that **yet another unauthorized debit** has been taken from my account on **[insert debit date]**, despite my previous cancellation and my prior email demanding a resolution. This is now the **second** fraudulent charge, and your company’s continued disregard for my cancellation request is inexcusable. Let me be clear: **This is theft.** I canceled my subscription on **[insert cancellation date]**, and I have proof of this cancellation [attach if available]. There is no justification for these repeated violations. **I demand the following immediately:** 1. **A full refund** for **both** unauthorized debits (**[list amounts and dates]**). 2. **Written confirmation** that my subscription is terminated and **no further charges** will be attempted. 3. **An explanation** as to why this was allowed to happen **twice** despite my clear cancellation. If this is not resolved within **[24-48 hours]**, I will: - File a formal dispute with my bank for **fraudulent charges**. - Report this to **[relevant consumer protection agency, e.g., FTC, BBB, or your country’s equivalent]** for deceptive billing practices. - Pursue further legal action if necessary. Great idea, great content, App is very buggy

The app bugs out often, mid book it will stop playing at the end of the chapter it will ask you to review, when you choose a new book it takes you back to the old book, you close the app and reopen it it takes you back to the old book, the app asked you for a review and derails your book. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that did not help. As I’ve paid for a full year I am dealing with a buggy app and listening to the books but the user experience is terrible.
Very Disappointing not working .. only giving introduction of the book.

Bought and paid for the full accsess to read or listen to the 15 min summary of all titles.. only did one book and then now the app only offers the introduction of the book and doesn’t allow for the accsess to the chapters of the book. I wanted to use this app to get 4 book summaries a day and I’m not getting what I paid for .. sent email and no response from the wiser team .. hopefully they read this review and attempt to fix my problem .
