It’s an amazing app but I wish you could take people out of group chats!! Super great app tho also PLEASE ADD AN ARCHIVE CHATS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO READ OLD CHATS BUT WANT IT TO BE IN ITS OLD FILE HAHA
can't backup/restore chat history

I downloaded kakao on my new device (same phone number) and it asked me if I want to backup my chat history. After clicking "receive data backup messages" it says "a notice has been sent to your device" but there is NO notice sent to my device to help restore my chat history. I have checked all messages and even all emails. Am I forced to lose all my chat history? ... PLEASE HELP AND FIX THIS

I had previously had the App on my phone and when I got a new phone and try logging in back with the same login details I wasn’t recognised. I had to change my password successfully but now I can’t send verification message/can’t verify after request. I have sent emails with no helpful information. If anyone who is based in South Africa and assist me in resolving my this issue

Cool app. I just wish there was a place where you could see your contacts usernames and the option to log in or out of the app.
