To Get Started
1. Visit https://www.remotemouse.net on your computer and download the Remote Mouse computer server software.
2. Install and run the computer server software.
3. Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network or use Bluetooth to pair with your computer.
This is an affordable and reliable app that does exactly what it should, well. I use it as my controller for work and home PCs. It takes some practice but is great to use to give your right hand a break from a typical mouse or to try something new. I just hope it continues to improve and remains reliable. Sluggish with slow internet connections.

This app is brilliant but not without its idiosyncrasies. Paid for the media control but it doesn’t work with VLC as one would expect. The iPhone X update is welcomed but need a bit of work. Also, for the life of me, I cannot understand why they designed their own numeric keyboard rather than use the Apple one. None of the above issues are deal breakers though and I use this app every day. I would like a setting to turn the screen off after 30 seconds because I find that I can unwittingly leave it open for hours on end. With the iPhone X that could lead to burn-in and with the fixed layout and lack of animation, this could be an issue over time

I’ve been using this app faithfully every single day it’s a huge convenience but for the life of me I cannot understand why the play and pause button has to collapse the window , there’s no logical reason why pausing a show on netflix has to also collapse the entire window. It should just pause and play that’s it.
