It is so user friendly and the fluid HD graphics on my ipad is the best. Although this cannot be achieved over 3G, too slow and frustrating. But over wifi its perfect. Thank you for this clever app.

Since the update (and Splashtop taking away the ability for skilled users to control connections) this has become full of bugs. doesn't recognise iPad on the same network, thinks it's different and there is no way to manually enter the IP address and force port forwarding. Once again a great app gets an update and becomes a poor app. DO NOT UPGRADE TO SPLASHTOP 2 keep the original, wish i could go back. if there is anyone out there with the original install files perhaps you could upload to a file sharing site and let me know.

Would have been 5 stars, but internet-based Splashtop performance leaves a lot to be desired even over 4G cellular internet - and considering it's a service that is charged for at a monthly rate there's definitely room for improvement.

As far as Remote Desktop apps work this is the only one that has ever delivered. It works well, it's intuitive and easy to understand and use. It achieves all it sets out to do and it's relatively affordable. Definite recommendation.
