To Get Started

2. Install and run the computer server software.

This is the second time I have ahad to delete and reinstall the app, and now it wants me to purchase the extra panels all over again, which is unfair and extremely annoying

I cannot connect this app over WiFi even though they say it’s extremely easy, and he connection constantly fails. I connect via Bluetooth and it works for 20 minutes and then says if I want to connect that way I must pay monthly. You want me to take out a subscription in order to use a remote mouse? I understand a once off payment (there is an option for this but the price for what you get is ludicrous) but to subscribe and pay monthly to use your app is totally crap. For the price of the once off payment I can go and buy a wireless mouse and keyboard. There’s better apps that won’t try rip you off!

Purchased the life time deal for the product as this really does work well.The purchase should allow for multiple devices to be loaded with the app. This is not the case. The purchase also only reflects as pro and not life time subscription.The support email address does not respond to queries to have these matters addressed; the lack of support outweighs the usefulness of the product and I would not recommend this remote mouse app specifically for this reason.
