I’ve been trying to buy tickets for rugby however when I click on “find tickets” it takes me to the log in page. I enter my email and password and it’s saying it’s incorrect. I clicked the forgot password thing 5 times but never received the link. So I went and created another account, was logged in and all and when I “find tickets” I’m apparently logged out again and can’t log back in because my details are incorrect. The details I created 2 seconds ago are suddenly incorrect??? And why do I need to log in again to go to find tickets??? Just say you don’t wanna sell the tickets anymore, WHOA! ✋🏽
Change of tickets due to change of venue is a hustle

Bought 2 tickets for Gregory Porter upon launch. The venue was changed and required to exchange tickets for new venue- I only saw email after close out date and the process to change was just impossible. I had to buy new tickets and hope to get refund for prior tickets bought.
Cannot log in and get access to Springbok tickets

I am suddenly unable to log in and is told that I need to change to my cellular network or change wifi, or change my location or try to log onto a different device because my browsing activity has been paused by them. Please get this sorted. I need to get my QR codes for the Springboks games coming up and it was very expensive!!!
