More than just a dating app, Tinder has been updated to become one of the most engaging apps around. Of course, finding matches is still a huge highlight – but with smart group chats and an awesome Apple TV app, we’ve found the one.
removing useful features

I like the app and have enjoyed it so far. Features have been unnecessarily removed though. I don’t see the sense in taking away the ability to search matches? The feed feature has also been missing for a while - why give the option to share your feed if no one can see it? The app also seems to lag more lately, need to close and reopen it multiple times - often losing the ability to use rewind or just making it frustrating to use the app in general. This only happens on tinder. It’s getting increasingly inconvenient to navigate and makes me less willing to use it at all let alone pay for more access (which wouldn’t improve the niggles mentioned).

Why can intelligent people working at Tinder not spot a scammer a mile off. They are rife within the 45-60 age group... woman looking for men. It’s so obvious! The men’s pics are so obviously photoshopped and stolen off the Internet! Their names are quite exotic! They have studied internationally (but living in South Africa). They are generally engineers ( or something equally an “intelligent”). They are often widowed. They have amazing pics with young kids. They call you dear. Their English language (despite having studies at “Oxford” is very poor ... both grammar, vocabulary and punctuation! They claim to be here (South Africa) on contract and looking for love!!! Thy wooooo you straight away! But can’t have an intelligent conversation..... just “hello dear. I love your smile. How are you today”......... They sometimes claim to be in Cape Town on contact but their profile says they are 15km from me! Hellooooo Tinder.... can you not see that 90% of men in this category in South Africa are scammers ........ most of the intelligent woman know this and hate the fact that tinder does nothing to identify and put a stop to his! And some poor (stupid) women get scammed! Tinder needs to identify these scammers (we all can) and make this platform more genuine for those that are really interested in meeting a real man!

Hey guys the app is a useful tool! But half the matches! Are blackmailers and phishers! I understand that anonymity is important to some! I also understand that there’s features to only show verifieds! I’m a cynical person so probably why I’m on the app 🤣 but you get good hearted people that will be getting taken advantage of! I think everyone should get verified and have the choice of remaining anonymous! But it will weed out the bulk of people that are not using the app for its intended purpose Also when a person unmatches there should be tool to still easily report them! When you move off platform they unmatch! Which is also not your problem I get! but their next victim is!!!
