I have been using PureVPN for 3 years now problem free but now I am no longer able to access my favourite streaming apps. Having paid for the full year and only getting half a years service, I am highly disappointed. I didnt select the option to auto renew, yet I was billed for another year. After I logged a ticket, they quickly cancelled the auto renew on paypal, but still deducted the moneyEdit: they ended up refunding me.
