I have been using this app now for 6 month and 12 days and even paid for a yearly subscription. While I was initially satisfied because I didn't know any alternatives, I've since discovered many issues. The app lacks up-to-date information and is only programmed to know things up to October 2023. Anything beyond that is simply not recognized by the AI.The AI has often given me outdated advice or recommended products that don't align with reality, making its suggestions quite unhelpful. Although I rated the app positively at first, I now feel compelled to revise my opinion and consider this AI to be quite poor.The most concerning issue is related to censorship. Whenever I asked the app to translate text from German to English, it increasingly responded with, "I'm sorry, I can't help you with that." This pattern made me realize that the app is censoring certain content, dictating what can and cannot be said.Fortunately, I found another, way better AI app (ChatGPT) that does not have this problem. When I occasionally use a sharper tone or if something might be politically incorrect, this other app suggests a more constructive approach. It asks if I’d like to revise my wording, which I appreciate. In contrast, this app here (openstubbornly repeats, "I can't help you with that." When I ask why, it simply responds with the same line, leaving me disappointed.It's incredibly annoying, and when I express this disappointment, the app replies with, "I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated." The AI calls me frustrated when it isn’t able to suggest a better way of communicating?! Because of these issues, I would give zero stars if I could. I cannot recommend this app, especially since I've found another app (ChatGPT) that are not only helpful but also friendly and accommodating. So, unfortunately for this AI app and the programmers it's two thumbs down 👎👎
