I wish to formally raise a serious complaint regarding MyDrama’s misleading billing practices and unacceptable customer service. The platform advertises a “7-day free trial,” yet I was charged $7.99 immediately upon signing up. This is inherently deceptive, as a free trial should not result in an upfront charge. I was directed to the platform via an Instagram advertisement promoting free content, only to be interrupted midway and required to create an account. Relying on the representation of a free trial, I proceeded — only to discover that I had been billed instantly.Upon contacting customer support, my concerns were dismissed and I was denied a full refund. This response demonstrates a clear disregard for fair consumer practices and transparency. At no point was it made sufficiently clear that charges would be applied immediately despite the “free trial” claim. This experience reflects poorly on MyDrama’s integrity as a service provider and raises serious concerns about its marketing tactics. Such practices erode consumer trust and may be construed as intentionally misleading.I strongly advise potential users to exercise extreme caution before subscribing and to carefully scrutinize all terms and conditions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
