Hello, I emailed the tech support as a particular game app are not blocked by Dumb phone. FAQ did not solve the problem. I have less than 15 apps that need blocking and the app is not on always allowed. I would like to request a refund if the issue can not be resolved.
Developer Response
Thank you for the review, and sorry to hear that app isn't being blocked by Detox Mode. We've replied to your email so we can dig into what's happening there - it turns out your email for some reason ended up in our spam folder. Apple handles all App Store refunds directly, and you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com if you'd still prefer that.Otherwise please check your email for a response, and we'll do our best to get this sorted for you.Cheers.
Thank you for supporting Dumb Phone and we wish you the best with being more mindful when using our phones each day!
This update adds the ability to create Detox schedules so you can restrict access to apps and websites throughout the day.
Please consider leaving a kind review if you find Dumb Phone super helpful each day :)
