Dear episode I would like to take this matter seriously, I was playing episode while ago and they asked me to wear a beautiful dress for a gala but I didn’t have enough diamonds and your diamonds are too much like who puts 29 diamonds for a flipping dress. Do you think we have money to spend to buy diamonds just for the looks of the character and event. I found that some stories have very disrespectful characters and they judge you for your appearance because we don’t have enough diamonds to do the requests that the story asks for , it’s soo flipping unfair and annoying so I am very disappointed with this game truly. So I suggest if you want people to like your game, you should be limit the diamonds like 10-20 diamonds 💎 per story and you should stop giving us one diamond at the end of the story and stop giving us hideous dresses and stupid request like roll your eyes at the king that’s stupid, you should be smart . Thank you 🙏 but I hope you take this matter seriously or less . I really enjoy your game but somethings have to be changed. May god bless . 🙏

This game is amazing and so addicting! But there’s one thing that’s been bothering me for a while. I’ve downloaded episode before but I’ve had to delete it to create space on my phone. But before I deleted it, I would read a chapter and get a gem after every chapter I read. Now I’ve downloaded it again and the game has changed. I’m not getting any gems after reading chapters like I used to. And some choices require 15+ gems but I’ve only had 5 gems for the past month. I asked some of my friends who have the game, if they are experiencing the same problem and they said they’re not. They still get 1 gem for every chapter they read. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again but nothing has worked. Please help, I keep on having to make the bad choices due to not having enough gems

Episode is an amazing game and is very fun. The problem I have is gems and passes. It’s very unreasonable as to why we have to pay money just to be able to play the game. Passes is a very imbecilic idea. Then if passes run out, we have to wait 2 hours and 55 minutes. If you are going to add passes, at least make us wait 10 minutes, at maximum 20 minutes for more passes. Also the other problem I have is gems. In SOME games, you only get 1 gem for each episode you do and not even all the stories include this. 1 gem isn’t enough for the 20+ gems we need to even buy the good options. The fact we have to pay so much gems to even enjoy the game is very unfair. There aren’t even any other ways to get gems without paying, most games offer the ability to watch an add. I feel I would rather watch 5, 20 second adds than pay 10$ which is not even the same in each country, for gems. Please fix this problem, not all of us have money to pay for this game. I feel like episode would be my go to game if it wasn’t so money demanding. You could make more profit if you made the experience more fun for everyone. Please address this problem.Thank you.
