一颗球走心机计算工具面向走心机、数控车床及复合加工场景，把常用参数计算、程序生成、程序检查和刀路预览集中在一个 App 中，帮助操作者更快完成加工前准备与复核。
核心计算
• 极坐标：多边形、端面一字槽、半圆、偏心圆、极坐标铣螺纹、铣梅花、矩形型腔及凸台铣削。
• 车削：圆弧、角度、尺寸链、材料重量、公差配合、表面粗糙度等常用计算。
• 螺纹：常用螺纹规格与尺寸查询、牙型参数复核及车牙程序辅助。
• 铣削：多轴联动、角度铣削、铣圆、端面与侧面圆弧槽、凸圆弧、凹圆弧及多种槽类加工。
程序与仿真
• 宏程序生成：覆盖车削宏程序和铣削宏程序，按工件、刀具、机床及工艺参数生成加工程序。
• 程序输出：展示程序配置与完整 NC/G 代码，支持分页查看、隐藏注释、程序说明、编辑与复制。
• 程序模拟：导入或使用生成程序进行二维刀路与三维实体预览，可切换 XY 端面、ZY 侧面和 3D 实体视图，检查刀具运动与毛坯去料过程。
• 程序编辑：用于整理和检查加工程序，辅助定位常见程序段。
辅助工具
• CAD 工作台与 3D 模型查看。
• 学习基地、功能教程与动态演示，帮助理解 G 代码和常用加工方法。
适用场景
适合走心机、数控车削、铣削及车铣复合加工中的工艺估算、参数复核、程序准备和学习参考。
计算结果、生成程序及仿真结果用于加工辅助。正式上机前，请结合具体机床、控制系统、刀具、夹具、材料及现场工艺进行复核，并先完成空运行或安全验证。
