This is an amazing game been loyal since 2017 and I love how it has evolved and grown since then. I just wish that you guys wouldn’t make it so difficult to get gems, introducing the shards just discourages me from wanting to play as you need a lot of gems to do a lot of upgrades and there aren’t that many ways to get gems. If we could have more ways to get gems or increase the amount of gems we get I think it would make this game more enjoyable and less frustrating. I know you’re doing this as a way to force us to pay for the gems but I can’t keep buying gems everytime I need to upgrade so please go half and half, at least give us more opportunities. I can easily decide to delete the app and find another game similar to this which there are many but I really do enjoy playing this game as I’m sure is the same for many others

The game is amazing. It is only a few issues I have with it. The casino almost always malfunctions. 4 out 5 times does it malfunction and I have to exit the app and remove it from the background so it can show me what I got in it. The casino tickets are there but many a times I’m not able to use them because it won’t allow me to. When the app malfunctions, the casino tickets, and money option becomes dim and I am then unable to get my prizes. It is overall a good game. I sometimes win coins from challenges, playing the game, but coming back to the game my money would be extremely low compared to how much I had. The progress bar sometimes malfunctions and does not go to the three stars as it’s supposed to. It lags and sometimes does not count my money and remains at the same place instead of going to the stars. It is extremely hard to get gems and recently money. As a user who used this app a few years ago compared to now, it was really easy to get money, and difficult to as well. The upgrades are now demanding. More is needed and that makes it more difficult than it already is to stay in the game. Other than its problems, the game’s exclusivity is for its users is really cool, I can’t wait to unlock all the other cuisines and this game has shown care for its users.

I must admit I used to love this game! I used to play it a year ago and took a break from it but needed space on my phone so I deleted the game. Since downloading it a couple days ago I’ve been playing nonstop but I can’t seem to access the casino. It lets me click on it but nothing happens it won’t go in. Then I had the issue where I purchased the 35 gem packs, twice and I never received the gem packs. I’ve contacted the support twice now where I’ve said both time that I’ve restarted the game multiple times and I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game hoping it would help and fix the problem and it goes and puts me all the way back to the first restaurant level 1 every single time! But I keep getting told to restart the game everytime I’ve told them that I have multiple times I still get told to restart the game and uninstall and reinstall it but then I lose all my progress again and again!I’m more frustrated with the fact that I purchased the gems pack twice and never received the gems but the money was taken out of my bank account and I’ve sent the proof and nothing gets done about it! It’s also frustrating that I can’t access the casino! Please fix this issue!
