I purchased VIP to export large videos the money was deducted, but as soon as i want to export it gives me the option to subscribe as I subscribe again it tells me i am already subscribed. So I restored the purchase and still it does not work i need help or i need a refund im not hoing to pay for this hay! Yes its a wonderful app but im not paying for something that gives me problems like this, give me your email and ill send you a screen video

This app is way better than the res of the vid apps because , it helps you to make the video and it already makes the video . I was so frustrated with the other video making apps that I didn’t wanted to make a video anymore until I downloaded this app

I enjoyed the app at first as my editing was much simpler but I would advise that they try add a feature to connect your music app to their app to make it easier to add music as I struggled a bit with that. Secondly, the app started to glitch and keeps freezing, adding it that it also doesn’t want to load my most resent edit so I can’t even modify it. I would greatly appreciate it being fixed but either than that it’s a good app.

Hello, this situation is generally caused by insufficient memory on your phone. It is recommended that you clean up the memory in time and save the video in time during the editing process to avoid excessive editing time.

I got VIP subscription to remove watermark and straight away the money was deducted from my account but non of the features worked, this is a complete scam and the app needs to be taken down right away. Once I tried canceling the subscription before the “free 3 day trail” was up it still deducted money from my account and then still continued to say that I was subscribed even tho I had already unsubscribed. Complete rip off. I want my money back. Will be taking legal action of this problem is not fixed.
