I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my subscription. My free trial automatically converted to a yearly subscription, and I contacted support immediately for assistance. Instead of helping me resolve the issue or explaining my options clearly, I felt like I was being passed around without any real support. The responses were unhelpful, and there was no effort to understand my situation or provide a satisfactory solution. Good customer service should involve listening to customers and trying to help, especially when it comes to accidental subscription renewals. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I used to use this app when it first got launched. Used on my Samsung. Nothing was premium in a sense to pay. We could watch videos and use those things. Now everything is pretty much premium and if I actually wasn’t basically bullied into paying for stuff, I probably would. But now I’m not even interested. Maybe you’ve found some people who used the app from the start who you could bully

If you use the eyebrow feature, it distorts your eyebrows completely. Sometimes you just want to make them darker but when you use the feature, it moves them apart and changes the arches before you even get a chance to change them.
