I’ve been using this VPN services for well over a year and a half whilst I’ve been working abroad in an area where a number of sites are blocked as well as applications, aside from getting everything I would usually use when not abroad the live chat service has always been friendly and helpful, even managing to get me connected to Netflix which I thought next to impossible this side of the world. Aside from that one cannot be annoyed when the product has an occasional issue connecting when they are constantly working to get it back up and running when situations have affected them that are out of their control which unfortunately some people do not seem to realize. I would recommend purchasing the annual plan however if staying for a year abroad as it works out like a third of the cost cheaper. Overall 11/10 app and customer service. Thanks guys
Some applications don’t load properly

Application is the best but it has 1 flaw in it. Some apps like the App Store, it doesn’t load efficiently or at all when this app is running. Another app is the music app. You can’t download or search music other than the ones you already have downloaded on your phone. I think this needs to be addressed in a way as it leads to deactivation of the app so that one can update their apps on the phone or even to download an app or even music.

I am struggling for the right thing to do when faced with particular yes/no questions. I really don’t know what I’m saying yes/no to. Some terms are too technical for me to understand. So after a few hours I just turn off the device, and throw it to one side. I was told to download firefox and google chrome I still don’t know why. I certainly don’t like trusting google with my info. I’ve seen then gathering lots of my data
