I remember playing this awesome game and one day the loading screen just went on forever and I can't get into the actual game. I'm on ios 13 and everything I even tried it on another device (iphone XS max) and the same happened.

Okay so don’t get me wrong, the game was rlly good and the fact that we had to explore to discover more of the hotel was rlly fun. The game was rlly good to begin with especially when it came to making friends online! All of a sudden I can’t get in my game. It takes years to load and even if I wait for like an hour it disconnects in the end I’ve tried deleting it cause it wasn’t my connection that was the problem, but even then it didn’t workI’m too frustrated to download it for the 11th time..so I’m just not downloading the game again and all that progress is now down the drain...if this still has a way to be helped pls let me know because this rlly disappointed me in the end ( I don’t even think that the friends I made remember me anymore) :((I hope no one else has to go through that..

Ok so the game is AMAZING and so entertaining and nice to make new friends the only down side is that the game crashes WAY to much
