As a marketing professional, I’m constantly on the move, visiting sites, meeting clients, or coordinating with teams. Being able to quickly send or respond to an email is often the difference between a two-day delivery or a two-month delay. Whether it’s proof approvals, change requests, or a quick follow-up, Outlook for iPhone ensures I stay connected and in control no matter where I am.The app is fast, reliable, and intuitive. Emails sync instantly, notifications are timely, and the interface makes it easy to jump between conversations, schedule meetings, or access files. Its seamless integration with calendars and cloud storage has truly streamlined my workflow.Outlook for iPhone has become a critical part of my daily productivity, keeping me in the loop wherever the job takes me.
Really Hopefully - Currently Dismal

There is so much hope for this app, but the inability to drag and drop a file to OneDrive, a fellow Microsoft App, is unacceptable in 2024? There is also no way to attach multiple attachments at once (select) if you are already composing an email. You have to attach each document one at a time??? If it was a bug, it wouldn’t have persisted for years. If it is a limitation, that is unexplainable to me. To buy an iPad for light desk work- the form factor is perfect for what I need- but have these imaginary limitations is so disappointing and makes me feel like I wasted my buying opportunity. I have sent support requests, and appealed for some information on whether this is a bug or limitation; no response. I find this very disappointing, and the design team have been dealt a disservice to have put so much effort into this app to be capped for (presumably) monetary reasons. I hope that we can return to an environment where the primary goal is to make a great app/service, but not for the betterment of your own ecosystem. There are other drawbacks which I might understand, but the complete inability to file a document on OneDrive using my iPad is frustrating and disappointing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Application for Business CommunicationThe Outlook app for iPhone 17 (Office 365) is an exceptional tool for professional communication and productivity. Its seamless integration with the Office 365 ecosystem ensures reliable synchronization of emails, calendars, and contacts across all devices. The interface is elegantly designed, offering both clarity and functionality. Features such as the Focused Inbox and intelligent scheduling make it particularly valuable for business users who manage high volumes of correspondence and meetings.Overall, Outlook delivers a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience that enhances daily communication and organizational workflow. It is undoubtedly one of the best email and calendar applications available for modern business professionals.⸻Would you like me to tailor it slightly for App Store posting (shorter and more promotional) or keep it as a corporate-style review (like for internal or formal publication)?
Still no setting to remove message preview (???)
M Khoury
After making many requests for the developers to introduce a feature to remove the message preview and/or reduce it to one line nothing has been done. It’s otherwise a great app but highly frustrating that such a basic feature is missing and that I need to live with a cluttered looking inbox because of this...!!! Come on Microsoft - when will you listen to me and many others who have asked for this setting...???
This update includes performance improvements and bug fixes to make Outlook better for you.
