Microsoft office

I find this software a pain, have been using outlook, outlook express etc over many years and it is difficult to find things in this new outlook; i hate how I cannot easily find my correspondence as it strings all of the emails together even when you cut someone out of the conversation this evil conglommeration still sits there and you may accidentally cc someone who had asked to be out of it or some other circumstance. I do not like it. Don't know if I should move to Office 20-something instead of this 365 business. It assumes you are online all the time and I work in the bush. No I don't like what you have made of Outlook.
unreliable, overcomplicated and far less polished than it should be.

I've used Microsoft Outlook for years, but the Mac version is one of the most frustrating pieces of software I've ever had to deal with. Basic email setup and account management seem far more complicated than they need to be, and functionality that should be simple often feels unreliable or broken. The biggest issue is that Outlook on Mac frequently fails at tasks that other mail clients handle without any trouble. Syncing problems, account authentication issues, and inconsistent behaviour make it difficult to trust the application for day-to-day work. Instead of improving productivity, it often creates additional work and unnecessary frustration. What is most disappointing is that Microsoft is a company with enormous resources, yet the Mac version still feels unfinished in many areas. After repeated problems, I'm seriously considering moving more of my workflow away from Microsoft products altogether because the experience has been so poor. There is a good product hiding somewhere underneath, but right now the Mac version feels unreliable, overcomplicated and far less polished than it should be.
One very irritating glitch

Generally, this app works fine, but one very irritating glitch. Whenever I change my password on another device, the Macbook app just don't get the message. On iPad and iPhone the apps immediately ask for the new password on first access after password change, but on the Mac, nothing happens - it just stops syncing. Following instructions found on the web - go to Tools > Accounts > type in new password in "Password box" DOES NOT WORK as there is no "password box". Clearing out all Office related passwords in Keychaing does not help. Updating the app does not help. All that works is to unistall the app, deleting all data, and reinstalling, which is very irritating to do every month. And no, I can't change the password on the Mac first, as there is no "Password box". It has been this way for months. Fix it.
Its Bad

Not sure why people are pushing new outlook so hard, clearly the influencing community is getting rewarded handsomely. You cannot run rules on Gmail or iCloud only on outlook, which is a problem. You cannot move your columns around eg Start with Date, Person, Subject. The customisation that everyone raves about is things like colors WOW so i can change the color of my inbox, woopy doo, great for people who are use outlook for email for influencing. What about the people who use it for business..... And what is with pushing pride color theme / pride month settings to me, i mean really! Also the notifications settings is a marketing tool, it shouldnt be there and cant figure out how to switch it off. I dont need Miscrosoft interupting my work time with notifications. Old outlook is the best, not sure what i am going to do when new outlook is the only version! This is the second time i am submitted this review, it seems as though for some reason it is not being shown wonder if it is because it is a one star. Lets see.
• General quality and performance enhancements.
